Preparing the Heart

There's a season on the calendar right now. For those who celebrate, it's the lead-up to the High Holidays... a holy stretch of time set aside for preparing the heart.

This week on Sacred Resilience, we sit with Psalm 27. Naming what's true before we feel brave. Finding clarity in the noise. Trusting that when the people who were supposed to keep us safe didn't, safety can still be found somewhere else.
